ANYTHING ELSE WE HAVEN’T COVERED? PLEASE GIVE US A CALL

Sustainability is at the heart and soul of our everyday business ethos. While we don’t claim to be 100% perfect, we are giving it our all. Every day we aim to get a little bit better. See something on your visit that we could be doing better? Please let us know, we would love to hear your ideas and feedback.

Absolutely! Connecting people and making memories is what we do. We have a dedicated, professional and friendly events team ready to talk to you about your next event, small or large.

For your next social event:

  • Major life events such as engagements or weddings (life events don’t get much bigger than that)

For business, corporate or work events:

  • Product launches
  • Team building, office events, Christmas parties and more.

For any event enquiries, please get in touch with our super friendly team events@theglasshouseartarmon.com.au.

No, unfortunately not. We provide as many greens, herbs and flowers for the restaurant as possible but also work with outside suppliers. Fruit and veg will come from farms and friends who practice nature-based farming techniques ie. chemical-free and building soils via composting, worm farming and returning organic matter to the soil. Our seafood and animal-based proteins are sourced from a mix of carbon-neutral and ethically sourced producers and suppliers.

No, we’re not certified organic. But the garden is managed through fertilisers, soil treatment, pest management and more that utilise techniques and guidelines from organic farming, biodynamic and sustainable agriculture.

We have someone looking after our feathery friends every day and raise our chickens for eggs only. We feed our chooks beans, peas and leafy greens, as well as high protein feed containing oats and barley. On hot and sunny days we increase the regularity of our checks and add ice to their tub.
